Step 4: Under The Chin
Again, begin by sitting and tilting your head backward while facing upward. This time, stretch out your tongue as if you are trying to lick a lollipop hanging from the ceiling. Count slowly from 1 to 10 then go back to a relaxed position. Do this again four times more.
Step 5: The Neck
Stretch out on your bed, but instead of resting your head on a pillow, let it fall over the edge. Take note that you should be facing up not the other way around. Now, gently raise your head up to the same level of your body and hold on for 10 seconds. Relax, and then repeat four times.
